Since we are getting less and less helpful and valuable ideas and suggestions from Designer's Mailbox recently and many suggestions have been submitted repeatedly, we have decided to bring changes to Designers Mailbox in the new year....

We will carry out a scheduled maintenance for paymentwall, the maintenance starts now and will last 30 minutes. During the maintenance, paymentwall services will not be available. You may kindly choose to use other payment methods at the Payment Center during the maintenance....

Our designer will pick the helpful and valuable ideas or suggestions from all the mails, those players will be rewarded with 1075 CPs. But if there are not any qualified ideas or suggestions in the month, there will not be 1075 CPs reward sent. Besides, we have 5000 Chi Points as a consolation prize, no fixed amount each month, it also depends on the quality of the ideas and suggestions. We will send the rewards by mail system in game. In other words, we only reward the excellent ideas or suggestions, quality matters.
