Notice Regarding Jasmine Lantern Pack Issue in the Fu in Fuzhou Event

We have identified an issue with the Jasmine Lantern Pack during the "Fu in Fuzhou" event, where the pack stopped working before its expiration time. We will distribute the compensation packs containing appropriate rewards and any missing Noble Points to each affected player, matching the number of expired packs they opened. The packs will be distributed after the maintenance on Feb. 10, 2026.
