For ensuring the safety of your data after server merge, please do as follows:

Affirm your character:

1) Your character will be kept both in Aladdin and Uglyduckling, after server merge, the related character data will be preserved.

2) If you need to use the character from merged-in server ‘Aladdin’ to play, you can use the original account and password to log in to ‘Uglyduckling’. the first time, you will see the character in Uglyduckling server.

3) If you need to play the character in ‘Aladdin’, what you only need to do is to delete the character in ‘Aladdin’ server in the first login. Then, log again, the character in merged server ‘Aladdin’ will appear. You can not restore the deleted character, please look before your leap.

Claim Prize:

To players from merged server ‘Aladdin’, you should claim all your prizes before server merge, or you can not claim after that.

Deal with your items:

The players from ‘Aladdin’ should take all item out of the warehouse, storage areas or item boxes before server merge, after that, all your items in the warehouse, furniture in your house, your item box and all the items in it will not be preserved. Therefore, please pay special attention in order to avoid unnecessary loss.
