Walkthrough
1. Accept the quest from your trainer in Job
Center and get a Training Badge.
2. Meet Apprentice Luo and help him find his
father, Artisan Luo, in Twin City (603 672).
3.
Collect 100 feathers from Pheasants, Turtledoves and
Robins for Apprentice Luo and you will get another mission from him--- There is
a kind of vulture to the south of the Ape City. Go and get a Vulture Feather from it!
4.
Bring the Vulture Feather to Artisan Luo and get an Ultra Badge so you can swap
it for a reward from your trainer (the one who can promote you) in Job
Center.
