This is the official Game Master for Conquer Online, in-game. They are there to help you with your problems, and to take care of in-game issues.

Their name will always include a [GM] at the end. If you do not see the [GM] at the end of someone's name, and they don't look like a floating, blue elephant, that person is not a real GM!  Never, ever give any other player your account information or password!  Doing so will seriously risk the security of your account and items.
