Then they use Study Points to upgrade Magnolia Seed from Daily Quest Magnolias All Round to get Super Magnolia Seed. So they could get non-bound Dragon Ball.
This kind of act will have bad influence upon gaming environment. So we have already stopped that from happening again. Now it’s not allowed to use Study Points to upgrade Magnolia Seed.
