A Corporal is someone who leads five men.
A Decurion is someone who is the leader of ten men.

Though the titles aren’t a lot, it’s challenging to acquire them. Heroes need to fulfill cross-server quests such as Kingdom Mission to get exploits. When the exploits accumulate to certain amount, heroes will be rewarded the corresponding title which will show above the head. In a word, it takes patience and strength to get exploits.
