Since we announced that our Customer Service staff began to provide assistance on Facebook, there has been quite a number of VIP players consulting with our staff through the social networking site. We do appreciate your support and cooperation during this service, and today we're going to add another member to the group on Facebook.
As you all know, Ray Chen has been serving you, our respected VIP players, on Facebook for a while, and Carina Wei joined forces with Ray on Facebook to further assist our VIP players. Today, a new member has joined! Nancy Chen will begin to provide service for our VIP players on Facebook, from now on.
Things You Should Know
- If you've already added either Ray Chen or Carina Wei, do NOT add Nancy Chen to your friend list.
- You can choose to add either one of our Customer Service staff on Facebook, but remember to send info about your account and server when you send your friend request.
- Before you send any information about your account, check the page and Facebook address carefully, in case of phishing pages.
