In order to improve Customer Service for our players, the Customer Service team would like to re-emphasize the use of the GM Channel in-game.
How the GM Channel Works
Players can send messages via the GM channel in-game, however the GM channel isn't available 24/7. Also, when our GMs are busy replying to tickets from the Customer Service Center, you may not receive an answer from them via the GM channel immediately.
You'll receive an automated reply instructing you to file a ticket at the Customer Service Center, when there's no GMs available to answer the call. Remember, if you're sending a message through the GM channel, please describe your question/problem clearly.
Last, but not least, we still recommend you to file a ticket regarding your problem at the Customer Service Center, where you'll get a timely response from our GMs.
