Attention, all heroes!
With the addition of the Dragon Roar server, the CO team has received many complaints pertaining to the fact that the first Loyalty Packs have expired on them, nonetheless. In that, the CO team has come to a decision to make some changes as follows.
- The "Claim Loyalty Pack" button on the Grand Gift Pack Giveaway event page will be temporarily unusable, and will be available for all eligible heroes to claim a new Loyalty Pack on Nov. 11th.
- The first Loyalty Packs remaining in-game will be removed from the game, after the maintenance on Nov. 11th. We'll send a new Loyalty Pack to players who have claimed it between Nov. 6th and Nov. 7th, and opened the pack for nothing in return. (Note: If you have claimed the Loyalty Pack before Nov. 5th, and yet you forgot to open the pack, we're sorry that there'll be no new Loyalty Pack for you on Nov. 11th)
- You'll be able to open the new first Loyalty Pack from Nov. 11th to Nov. 25th, the second Loyalty Pack from Nov. 26th to Nov. 30th, and the third Loyalty Pack from Dec. 1st to Dec. 5th.
