Attention, all heroes of the Venus server!
Due to an unexpected data corruption during the maintenance yesterday, the Customer Service team has received many complaints regarding the guilds. As of right now, many guilds have been downgraded to Level 1, losing inscribed items, which led to the decrease in power when it comes to Guild Wars and such.
The CO team is fully aware of the problem, and the technical team is working to fix it. If you find any problems with your Arsenal or you can't inscribe your weapon, please file a ticket at Customer Service Center , and we'll respond to that swiftly.
