Attention, players!
Upon the opening of the new server, Fatal Cross, we found a glitch occurring with the Privilege Packs given for making a reservation. All players who opened the packs before 2:30 AM (server time) were affected by this glitch, and found the packs disappearing when opened.
Right now, the glitch has been fixed and all players can open them to receive the items inside. We'll work to return the bugged Privilege Packs within the next 3 workdays, and ask for the patience of those players while we confirm the affected players.
