Walkthrough
1. The darned Bandit Lord is planning to attack Twin City during the celebration. You have to stop his plan. First, talk to General Cedric (Twin City 449,388) to accept this quest.
2. Take an Arrest Token from General Cedric and then go to the west, south, east and north of Wind Plain to hunt 5 of Bandit Scouts, Bandit Lackeys, Bandit Patrols and Bandit Minions respectively.
3. Go back to General Cedric and then he will ask you to find out the traitor in Twin City.
4. Go to Desert City to talk to Zephel and confirm he is the traitor.
5. Go back to General Cedric and then he will ask you to kill Blade Ghost and get the letter which can proves Zephel is the traitor.
6. Find the letter and show it to Zephel and then he will admit he is the traitor and tell you some information about the Bandits.
7. Report to General Cedric. He will ask you to dress up as a Bandit and infiltrate into the Bandits' Stronghold. You can loot Bandit's Coat from Bandits in Maple Forest or on the Island.
8. Go back to General Cedric with the Bnadit's Coat you found. He will turn you into a Bandit. After that, find the Bandit Spy on Wind Plain (743,511) and use the code given by Zephel to enter Bandits' Stronghold.
9. After you get into the Bandits' Stronghold, use the Torch to burn all the four warehouses of Bandits and kill the Bandit Lord to get a Souvenir.
10. Take the Souvenir back to General Cedric and he will give you a big reward.
Note:
1. The traitor will be Zephel, Zaid or Wright randomly. Please follow the instruction of your quest accordingly.
2. You can do this quest one time per day.
