1. Carnival Envoy is thinking something special for the anniversary! If you could collect 5 souvenirs for him from Wind Plain, Maple Forest, Desert, Canyon and Bird Island. You'll be nicely rewarded.
2. Make sure you have reached Level 80 or been reborn, so you can take this quest! You'll have the chance to get Grass Crystal while hunting monsters on Wind Plain, Maple Seed in Maple Forest, Mercy Pill in Canyon, Vital Water in Desert and Eagle's Wing on Bird Island. When you collect the 5 items, you can exchange them for a reward from Carnival Envoy.
3. You can help Carnival Envoy collect the souvenirs once a day.
