1. You will receive a letter from Mr. Sage. Just open your bag to read his letter and visit him (Market 212,192) to learn what you can do for him.
2. He will tell you that he is writing the Red Hell part of his new book called 'Legends of Wulin'. He heard that some weird monsters appeared and are carrying the materials related to the Red Hell. He hopes you can help him collect some and promise you a nice reward.
3. Go to hunt the monsters for the materials (Dusk Fragment, Lake Fragment, Night Fragment).
