ABOUT LOADING THE GAME

Question 1 :
I logged into my Facebook and got into the Conquer Online page, but all I can see is a blank, white page. Why?

Answer:
It may be because you don't have the Kalydo player. It is a required application for playing Conquer Online on Facebook.
You can try one of the solutions below to solve your problem.

  1. 1. Close your firewall and anti-virus software, and refresh the CO game page to download and install Kalydo again.
  2. 2. Try with another browser, such as Google Chrome.
  3. 3. Download the Kalydo player from their homepage: http://www.kalydo.com (Scroll down the page to find the download instructions.)

Question 2:
Why did I get this pop-up when I tried to load my game?

Answer:
Please make sure that you are not trying to play the same game with two different browsers, at the same time. If so, close all browsers and open a new one to play on.
If it won't work, please close your browser first, and then try the following:
For XP Users: Delete the files in the folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\kalydo\
For Vista/Windows 7 Users: Delete the files in the folder at C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Kalydo\

Question 3:
Why did I receive this message when I tried to login?

Answer:
You were trying to playing Conquer Online with different accounts using different browsers. Please be aware that you can only play CO with one Facebook account at a time.

Question 4:
I got this message when I tried to open Conquer Online. How can I solve this?

The application you are trying to run is still being downloaded by the Kalydo player. Please wait until it finishes, and then try again.

Answer:
If you were trying to open different games with the Kalydo player, you would receive this error. To solve this, please close the other game and try to open Conquer Online, again.

Question 5:
Why do I always get this error when I try to play your game?

Answer:
It is caused by a hardware problem with your PC.
1. Check if your PC configuration matches the game's requirements. You can open this site to check the game requirements/

2. Visit the website of your video card manufacturer to update your video card drivers to their most current version.

Question 6
Can I play Conquer Online for Facebook on a Mac?

Answer:
Unfortunately, you are unable to play Facebook Conquer from a Mac, at this time.

Question 7
Why do I always get this error when the game is loading?

Answer:
If you come across this problem, you can try the following solutions:
1. Refresh your game page and try again
2. Try with another browser.
3. Locate the folder at: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\kalydo\ (If you are using XP) Or C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Kalydo\ (If you are using Vista/Win7)
Delete the files inside, then you can refresh your page.

If that doesn't work, you should contact the Help Desk on the official site, and we will try to help identify your problem.

Question 8:
Why does it tell me that the map was not loaded completely? I can't do my quest!

Answer:
Simply wait for a few moments, and it will download the data needed automatically. You will be able to get into the map once it has finished.
Note: The game will be downloaded continuously if you stay on the page.

I saw this when I tried to get into the game!

Answer:
You can try to refresh your page to solve this problem. If it doesn't work, then it may be caused by server maintenance. Try to login to the game again, later. You can also check our fan page to get firsthand information from us.
Scheduled server maintenance time: 1: 00 am to 1:30 am (PST) every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Question 10
I can't hear anything when play the game on Facebook. Please tell me how to get my music back!

Answer:
The music file will be downloaded after all map files, please wait patiently until the file is ready. Also, please make sure the Toggle Mute button has not been activated and the volume of music is not zero in the option of the game.

My account says it was prohibited! What's the problem?

Answer:
If you Facebook account was banned by Facebook, please refer to this page and try to recover your account following their instructions. Link Here

How can I buy CPs? I can't find a payment method to use! What are Facebook Credits?

Answer:
According to the Facebook policy, Facebook Credits are the exclusive payment option for games on Facebook.

Please make sure you have created character with your Facebook account, and do not forget to login first, if you want to buy CPs.
